Shipping and Delivery Agreement

1. Overview

This Shipping and Delivery Agreement is entered into by and between TOEYZ™, a TOEYZ™("Seller" or "we"), and the customer ("Customer" or "you"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of products or goods ordered from Seller.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • We will make every reasonable effort to ship your order promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on various factors, including product availability and shipping destination. Estimated delivery times provided are for reference purposes only. In peak periods please allow up to 3-5 business days for dispatch and processing.
  • Any delays in shipping and delivery beyond our control, such as customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues, shall not be the responsibility of Seller. PLEASE NOTE THAT The mentioned processing times are strictly for standard shipping options and the priority or expedited shipping option have a significantly reduced processing time.

    3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

    • We reserve the right to select the shipping method and carrier for your order, unless you specify a preferred shipping method at the time of purchase.
